Who is responsible for your data
VISWELD Sverige AB (reg. no. 559427-1941), Hässleholmsvägen 73 d, 286 35 Örkelljunga, is the controller of your data and distributes CETRIS on the Swedish market. Contact: info@cetris.se.
What data we collect
When you use the quote or contact form, we collect the details you enter:
- Name
- Company (optional)
- Email address
- Phone number (optional)
- The content of your enquiry
When you visit the site, our hosting provider may keep technical server logs (such as IP address, browser type and time of request) for security and operation.
We use no tracking or advertising cookies. If we later add visitor statistics, we use a cookie-free, privacy-friendly tool that does not identify you personally.
Why we process it and the legal basis
- To answer your enquiry, give a price and lead time, and manage any business relationship that follows. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract (GDPR Art. 6.1(b)) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Art. 6.1(f)).
- To keep the website secure and available. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1(f)).
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and not for marketing without your consent.
Who can access the data
We do not sell your data or share it for others’ marketing.
We use providers that process data for us under contract: our hosting provider, Resend for email delivery and Cloudflare Turnstile for automated-spam protection. Resend receives the contents of your enquiry to deliver it to us. Turnstile processes technical signals to distinguish people from automated traffic and does not receive the form contents.
Resend and Cloudflare are US providers, so processing may take place outside the EU/EEA. Such processing must be covered by applicable data-processing agreements and transfer mechanisms. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry only as long as needed to handle it and any resulting business relationship, then delete or anonymise it. Accounting records the law requires us to keep are retained for the statutory period.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you can ask us to:
- give you access to the data we hold about you
- correct inaccurate data
- erase data
- restrict its use, or object to it
- provide the data in a portable format
